Dear Berowra Resident,
It has been a great honour to serve you as your Federal Member
throughout 2023. I am sincerely looking forward to continuing doing so
in 2024.
Before the end of the year, I want to take the opportunity to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
Christmas is an important time for family and to gather with those we love.
It is also a valuable chance to reflect on the previous year and prepare for the year to come.
Each Christmas, I am mindful of the thousands of members of the ADF who
are away from home and family because of their service to Australia. I
also know on Christmas Day, our health and emergency services personnel
will be working and keeping us safe. I appreciate their service to our
country and our local community.
Although we all hope that this will be a safe and restful summer, the bushfire risk is real and serious.
If you have not already, I strongly recommend that you prepare a
bushfire readiness plan and download the Hazards Near Me app, so that
you can be alerted immediately if there is a fire in the area.
