Mayor’s message
As
a service organisation, engaging with and listening to our residents is
of great importance. This month, we have two significant Council
documents for you to have your say on.
As outlined last month,
our draft Community Strategic Plan ‘Your vision | Your future 2035’ is
your plan for how you would like Hornsby Shire to be in 2035. It is on
exhibition until 21 April.
The draft 2025-2029 Delivery Program
and 2025/26 Operational Plan (DPOP) sets out the steps Council will take
to achieve the community’s priorities laid out in the Community
Strategic Plan, and how we will respond to challenges that include
population growth, housing affordability, traffic, transport, and
economic and technological change. It is on exhibition from 10 April to
12 May
