Mayor’s message
Following
the recent opening of the Crusher Plant Precinct and Southern Lookout
at Hornsby Park, I am pleased to share we have reached another major
milestone with the official commencement of the Old Mans Valley Field of
Play.
This marks an exciting new phase in the transformation of
Hornsby Park into one of our Shire’s premier recreation destinations.
The Field of Play will deliver a high-quality multi-purpose sports field
capable of supporting a range of community sports, along with open
green space for informal recreation. Importantly, the project also
includes new amenities, improved accessibility, landscaping and
dedicated cycling facilities, creating a welcoming and active gateway
into the park.
