To
chart a course for Parramatta’s continued transformation into a global
city, the City of Parramatta has prepared draft Parramatta 2050. Have
your say on the long-term strategic vision by 5pm, Friday 19 July. |

is committed to providing opportunities for everyone in the community
to participate and ‘have a say’ on current projects:- |
Hunts Creek Bridge commencement update |
Council
is working with Transport for NSW to look for ways to reduce the impact
the Hunts Creek Bridge replacement project will have on the community.
Previously scheduled to start in May, it is unlikely work on this very
complex project will begin before July/August. |

The
highly anticipated $188 million Riverside Theatres winning design
has been revealed. Construction will start late 2025 with doors to
the new multi-million performing arts facility set to open in 2028. |

PHIVE wins top honours in national design award |
Parramatta
Library has been named winner of ALIA’s national Library Design Award
recognising the extraordinary interior and exterior design of
Australia’s best contemporary libraries. Come and take a visit! |

Council
is holding a free online learner driver workshop for parents and
supervisors of learner drivers. Get practical advice on a range of
topics including current laws for learner drivers, techniques in
supervising learner drivers and more. |

Parramatta Aquatic Centre is proud to be celebrating Refugee Week in
2024! Join us for a two-fun filled, family friendly days at the pool on
the 20 and 22 June. This is a free event, bookings essential as spaces are limited. |
